Current app status
The current app preview does not create PantryLens user accounts. There is no account to delete at this stage. This page will be updated with account-deletion instructions before account registration is made available.
Request deletion of information you shared
- Email support@pantrylens.app with the subject “PantryLens data deletion request”.
- Describe the information you want removed, such as support correspondence. Use the same email address you previously contacted us from where possible.
- We will review the request, verify it where necessary, and explain the outcome, including any information that must be retained by law.
Photos and generated results
The current PantryLens server does not save uploaded photos to a database or file storage. Recipe information and generated images may be cached temporarily in server memory. AI providers apply their own processing and retention rules; see our privacy information.
Subscriptions
Subscriptions are not currently on sale. When they become available, cancelling a subscription and deleting an account will be separate actions. The released app and this page will explain both processes before launch.
