Help us help you

Include what you were trying to do, what happened, and whether you use iPhone or Android. If you are testing a preview, include the app version and any visible error message. Please do not send passwords or payment card information.

An ingredient was recognized incorrectly

Check and edit the ingredient list after a scan. Your corrections request updated recipes. Clear lighting and a photo with the ingredients visible separately can help. You can also add missing ingredients to the list.

A scan or recipe request did not finish

Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem continues, email us with the error message and what you were trying to scan. AI services may sometimes be unavailable.

Downloads and subscriptions

The public iPhone and Android apps are coming soon. This website does not sell subscriptions or provide app-store downloads yet. Official download links will appear on the homepage after launch.
